Terms of Service

Anchor Point ("we", "us", "our") provides a 30-day personal coaching and accountability program delivered online. By enrolling, you ("client", "you") agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll through this site. Enrollment for minors is not available online; any arrangement involving a participant under 18 must be handled directly with Anchor Point under a separate written agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The program runs for 30 days from your enrollment date and includes daily accountability check-ins, coaching, and goal review. Specific deliverables vary by tier (Foundation, Momentum, or Premier).

At enrollment you authorize two charges to your payment method:

• Monthly subscription: $49 (Foundation), $99 (Momentum), or $249 (Premier), recurring every 30 days until you cancel.
• Commitment fund: a one-time $50 / $99 / $250 deposit (matched to your tier). This is fully refundable on completion of the program — see our Refund Policy.

The commitment fund is not a fee for services and is held separately from your subscription payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal accessible at /me. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period is not pro-rated.

To remain in good standing and qualify for the commitment-fund refund, you agree to complete daily check-ins, follow the coaching plan in good faith, and communicate any blockers within 48 hours.

Do not share account credentials, harass coaches or other clients, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Anchor Point is a coaching service, not medical, mental health, or financial advice. Results vary. Consult a licensed professional before making changes to your training, diet, or health regimen.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
