Privacy Policy

• Account info: name, email address, age range.
• Program data: goals, daily check-ins, coach notes.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical: basic device and usage data to keep the site running.

To deliver coaching, send program-related emails (check-in reminders, billing receipts, magic-link sign-ins), and improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Only service providers we need to operate, under confidentiality:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Lovable Cloud / Supabase — application hosting and database
• Email infrastructure — transactional email delivery from notify.trainanchorpoint.com

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link at the bottom of any message or at /unsubscribe. Account-critical emails (billing receipts, sign-in links) cannot be unsubscribed while your account is active.

We keep your data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation for tax and dispute resolution. You can request deletion at any time.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@trainanchorpoint.com.

This site and the online program are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the website or signup flow.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payment data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards.

We'll post any updates on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
