Refund Policy

7-day free trial
Every enrollment starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter your card at signup, but nothing is charged for the first 7 days. If you cancel before day 8 from your /me page, you owe nothing and no charges are made.
The two charges, explained
If you do not cancel during the trial, two separate charges are made on day 8 (your first billing date):
- Monthly coaching subscription — $49, $99, or $249 depending on tier. This is the price of the service and renews monthly until you cancel.
- Commitment fund — a one-time $50 / $99 / $250 refundable deposit (matched to your tier). This is not a fee; it's your skin in the game.
Commitment fund — refunded on completion
The commitment fund is fully refunded to your original payment method when you complete the 30-day program in good standing, defined as:
- Completing the daily check-ins required by your tier
- Following the coaching plan in good faith
- Communicating blockers within 48 hours rather than going silent
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of program completion and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Commitment fund — forfeited on quit
The commitment fund is forfeited (kept by Anchor Point) only if you:
- Voluntarily quit the program after the trial ends but before day 30
- Stop responding for more than 7 consecutive days without notice
- Violate the Terms of Service
This is the entire point of the deposit — it makes quitting cost something, which is what turns intention into follow-through. By enrolling you explicitly consent to this mechanic.
14-day visible-results guarantee
The 14-day guarantee window runs from your first billing date (day 8) through day 21. If you've completed those 14 days in good standing and feel you've seen no visible progress, email us. We will work with you to adjust the plan, and if we still can't make it work, we will refund both the most recent subscription charge and your commitment fund.
Subscription refunds
The monthly subscription is non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from /me to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Disputed or duplicate charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize, email hello@trainanchorpoint.com before filing a chargeback. We respond within 24 hours and resolve legitimate billing errors immediately.
